Progress Report: Vinicola de Cantos

El Jardin de Adobe's Last Day of the Season
By definition, Valle de Guadalupe's outdoor restaurants (campestres) are seasonal. Adobe Guadalupe's campestre, El Jardin de Guadalupe, will close after service on Sunday, November 2.
They plan to reopen in March.

Jose Andres Rediscovers Baja Cuisine
The superstar chef came to Baja primarily to speak at the Tijuana Innovadara Conference, but he was able to check out some culinary hot spots in TJ, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe.

Technically Cuatro Cuatros is not in Valle de Guadalupe, but it's very close and absolutely worth a visit. Time your visit near sunset and share a bottle of wine at their bar, Mirador. The view is absolutely stunning.
