New Restaurant Update: Tahal

Yes!  Another new restaurant is getting closer to opening its doors.

For fans of wining and dining there is not a more exciting place than Valle de Guadalupe.  

Tahal is Chef Roberto Alcocer's (Malva) second project in Valle de Guadalupe.  Located on the Baron Balche Winery's property, it appears they're hoping to be open in time for Fiestas de Vendemia in August.

New Hotel Alert: Tesela Hotel

A few weeks ago I was noodling around the internet and found the picture above on @amsvinosdebaja's Instagram feed.  With a little sleuthing I discovered it was a picture of one of the rooms/cabins of the still under construction Tesela Hotel.

Evidently, it is part of Vinos y Villas Maglen, the wedding and event venue, in San Antonio de las Minas.
