We were in the Valle last weekend with a group of friends. The primary reason for the trip was to attend the Conchas dinner at Finca Altozano, but exploring is always part of our itinerary. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to head home a little earlier than we expected, but our friends were able to spend some time searching for gems. They found one at Viña Emiliana where two young chefs, Miriam Mo and Mel Saldívar Ángeles, have opened the campestre, Tizne. I can't wait to try it out.
