Wine Spotting - Encuentro Hotel

One of the great pleasures of the Valle is sitting in a beautiful spot enjoying a glass of wine (weird).  So, I thought it might be useful to start a new series of posts highlighting some of our favorite wine spots.

Encuentro is the iconic pod hotel in the Valle.
