The lechon at Troika is quite possibly my favorite thing to eat in Valle de Guadalupe. Just imagine our disappointment last Saturday when we found that Troika was closed to the public due to a private party.
Oh well, I guess it gives us a good excuse to head back down to El Valle sooner than later.
