Javier Plascencia and his restaurants certainly have not lacked exposure lately. The attention while well deserved can be repetitive, but this report by SipSavorSeeSD is well done. Nice pictures and based on my experience they ordered some of the best dishes on Finca Altozano's menu.

Went there last Saturday, love that magical place! And yes the octopus is one of the best dishes in the Valle.
