Chef Diego Henandez Brings Baja to Great Britain

Diego Hernandez (Corazon de Tierra) is involved in restaurants in Mexico City, Tulum, and in the planning stages for one in Los Angeles.  He now travels extensively bringing his take on Baja cuisine to a world stage.
