We are, once again, thrilled to announce our annual spring release party. This dinner is to highlight our newest vintage in bottle paired with amazing culinary talent. We are honored to host Season Six Master Chef winner, Chef Claudia Sandoval, Season one Mexico Top Chef contestant and cook book author, Chef Pia Quintana, Top Chef guest judge and owner of The Restaurant in San Miguel de Allende, Chef Donnie Masterton, and last but not least, our hometown favorite, Michelin Star Chef and owner of Deckman's en el Mogor, Chef Drew Deckman.
Starting with cocktail hour, you will have an opportunity to meet with all of the chefs and try and sampling of their cuisine. We will then welcome you to our grand table, set amongst the vines, in which each chef will take over a course and collaborate a menu highlighting our new releases.
Following this special meal, you will have the opportunity head to the dance floor and cigar lounge, soaking up the valle stars. A tasting counter will be set up, in which you will have exclusive specials on these new wines to take with you.
