Chef Roberto Alcocer's New Restaurant Project (Updated)
Chef Roberto Alcocer of Malva Cocina de Baja California posted a couple of pictures on Instagram Thursday indicating he is working on a new restaurant. The pictures are hashtagged julio2014 and valledeguadalupe.
