The Alximia Winery is bringing Chef Martin San Roman formerly of Tour de France in Tijuana and Candelas in San Diego to the Valle de Guadalupe to open a restaurant on their property.
Not a lot of details have been released, but the restaurant does have a Facebook page you can see here:
